3 hr Self-care mini Retreat

90 min Restorative Yoga + 90 min in the Soul Sanctuary Bathhouse

Begin your healing journey with 1.5hrs of deeply restorative yoga postures. Lisa will lovingly guide and support you into yoga shapes using comfortable props that make the experience so very relaxing. This is a very passive practice for the physical body but an active mindfulness practice. The intention of this session is to assist the nervous system to reset out of fight/flight/stress and back into rest/digest/heal mode. This is an extremely potent practice that gives the body the opportunity to move into self-healing.

Then enjoy 1.5hrs of free time to explore all that the Soul Sanctuary Bathhouse has to offer…

  • Traditional cedar hot rock steam sauna - aids to deeply release muscular tension and encourages detoxification.

  • Natural mineral spa - move between the seats to experience a whole-body acupressure massage.

  • Saltwater pool - moving between hot and cold water is a powerful way to invigorate and refresh the whole system.

  • Rain head outdoor shower amongst the tropical garden

  • Relax in the Bali hut - be cocooned in the hammocks or try the Zen Chi massage machine.

  • Meditate or relax in the copper meditation pyramid.

  • Relax on the deck by the pool in the ergonomic sun loungers.

  • Sip on herbal tea and enjoy homemade healthy but delicious treats.

This will be a wonderfully relaxing afternoon for you to reconnect to you and if you like to connect with others like you. This powerful combination of practices will assist in releasing tension, calming the mind and nervous system and kick-starting detoxification.

Self-care is no longer an indulgence, it is truly needed as a regular practice in order to reclaim and maintain health and peace of mind. It is a cliche but you really can’t give from an empty cup (without depleting yourself and making yourself unwell or unhappy). No one else can do it for you. You are the one who has to fill your love tank and empty your stress tank.
