The whole team thoroughly enjoyed the “Stress & Anxiety / Self-help Workshop” in which we all attended last week! It was really nice to do something different on a Friday afternoon and we found this was a very effective way to relax and relieve built-up stresses, at the end of a big week!

We found the session very informative, in gaining a better understanding that stress relief is highly necessary and the yoga component was great!! The workshop was most beneficial in teaching us ‘stress release techniques’, and how to fit these simple exercises into our busy lifestyles and how to use them everyday!
