A floor based self-massage practice to effect a myofascial release. Special yoga massage balls are used to relieve deep seated tightness in the muscles and fascia (connective tissue).

Like a deep massage that you give yourself and keep total control over pressure.

Targeting regions that most of us tend to store tension you will feel a profound release physically and perhaps free underlying emotional holding patterns as well.

This practice will relieve stiffness and pain, promote mobility, flexibility, circulation and energy as well as soothe and calm the nervous system. It is also beneficial to aid in the recovery and performance of other sports and forms of exercise.

Held each Friday morning 9-10am at the Studio.

I just wanted to say thank you for a very surprising class this morning. It was amazing for me, I felt so energized, vitalized & revived afterwards so much so that a couple of my family members made comments to me about my energy levels! I have not done a class like this and boy did I get a lot of releasing done. My body is so full of blocked energy & hurt & I have been struggling to let it out! I have tried a few things over the past 15 months but never really felt like I was letting go or releasing very much at all. Today however, was the beginning of what I have been searching for. It’s so exciting because I can see & feel that this is going to be truly gifting. I love coming to your home studio because I love being outdoors, I love being surrounded by nature, I love listening to the sound of the birds, I love listening to the sound of the trickling water, I love listening to the relaxing music, I love being surrounded by like minded people & I love that there are lots of different classes to choose from. Last but not least, you are an absolutely awesome teacher Lisa, very knowledgeable, very kind & very helpful, thank you so much.
