Enjoy exclusive use of the Soul Sanctuary Bathhouse space for you to deeply relax and have some healing alone time.
Your session includes unlimited use of traditional Finnish hot rock steam sauna, natural mineral spa, saltwater pool, Chi massage machine, meditation pyramid, chill out areas and hammocks plus unlimited herbal tea.

Things to remember for everyone's comfort and wellbeing...
- be mindful that Soul Sanctuary is a place for quiet relaxation and rejuvenation.
- please wear swimmers in the bathhouse
- please remove all body products in the warm shower before entering the spa.
- please bring two towels - one for sweating on in the sauna and one for drying off at the end of the session.
- bring a water bottle and stay hydrated when you are sweating.
- avoid spending any longer than 15mins in the spa or sauna at a time.
- do not attend if you are feeling unwell or during menstruation. Get the all clear from your medical provider if you have any medical condition.
