Group Private Bathhouse Session (5 max)
Enjoy exclusive use of the Sanctuary Bathhouse space for a group of up to 5 people.
Your session includes unlimited use of traditional Finnish hot rock steam sauna, natural mineral spa, saltwater pool, Chi massage machine, copper meditation pyramid, hammocks and chill out areas plus home grown herbal tea.
Once you have secured your session contact Lisa to arrange a time.
Not suitable for children under 16yrs
Things to remember for everyone's comfort and wellbeing...
- be mindful that Soul Sanctuary is a place for quiet relaxation and rejuvenation.
- please wear swimmers in the bathhouse
- please remove all body products in the warm shower before entering the spa.
- please bring two towels - one for sweating on in the sauna and one for drying off at the end of the session.
- bring a water bottle and stay hydrated when you are sweating.
- avoid spending any longer than 15mins in the spa or sauna at a time.
- do not attend if you are feeling unwell or during menstruation. Get the all clear from your medical provider if you have any medical condition.
