Unwind
A slow, gentle, floor-based practice to unravel physical, mental and emotional tension. The sessions are specifically designed to down regulate the nervous system to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed.
Each week Lisa will use a mix of modalities including:-
Restorative yoga
Yin yoga
Somatic yoga
Roll and Release (using massage balls for myofascial release)
Breathwork
Open to all levels of experience. Held on Thursday morning 9-10am and 5.30-6.30pm.
