Reclaim your calm and happiness
6 Week course starting Monday 20th May
Learn how to feel more relaxed and at peace from the inside out and outside in. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that offer many insights and tools for helping an individual rediscover their innate birthright which is a state of happiness, contentment and relaxation. Join Lisa on a step by step journey back to peace using the very best that yoga and Ayurveda have to offer.
Each week will include gentle yoga, breathing, relaxation and meditation session plus a practical workshop on topics such as:
- Reprogramming the super computer (our mind)
-The power of our breath to influence our mind and emotions
- Reversing the disease of busyness. How to slow down
- Food as medicine. A happy gut = a happy life
- Ayurveda's answers for creating calm
- Making friends with meditation with oh so simple techniques.
This course is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. The yoga component will be very gentle. Learn easy to do practices in a supportive environment with like minded people. Once you join the course you will also be eligible to join a Relax and Shine support facebook group where you can stay inspired and connected to your fellow students.
