Open level class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. Lisa will tailor the class to accommodate for varying levels of experience. Giving variations of poses allow you to practice more gently or to challenge yourself. You get to choose according to how you are feeling. No pressure. The focus is on listening to your own body and letting it guide you to what feels right for you.
Each class will include a time for centering in, warming up, asana(posture) practice, relaxation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
Held each Thursday morning 9-10am at the Studio. Come along anytime. No need to book.
