Open to those who have already got a little yoga experience up their sleeve and/or are reasonably physically fit.
Each Thursday 6.30-8pm this class is a little stronger than the others giving students the opportunity to strengthen and grow in their yoga practice.
Each session includes periods of relaxation, pranayama (breathing techniques), dynamic flowing sequences, asana (postures) and meditation.
Once students have completed the beginner course they should feel ready to join this class.
This is a weekly ongoing class. You are welcome to come along anytime. No bookings required.
