build fitness and strength

increase mindfulness and feelings of calm

This program has been specifically designed to help you find the perfect balance of fitness training, healthy lifestyle and food guidance to lighten and clean the system as well as the power of yoga and meditation to induce calm and peace of mind.
2 hr introductory workshop - Monday 7th October 4.30-6.30pm - set goals, be inspired, learn tips for diet and lifestyle choices to induce detoxification, meet your support team.
2 x fitness plus yoga sessions per week - Mondays 6.30-7.30pm and Wednesdays 6-7am. Each session consists of 30 mins fitness training followed by 30 mins yoga and meditation (starting Wednesday 9th Oct)
1 extra casual yoga class of your choice from the Relax and Shine timetable per week

Vicki has been in the fitness industry for 10 years, having studied health science and movement, nutrition and wellness coaching. Vicki helps people improve their lives using an integrative approach to health and wellness incorporating exercise, knowledge of food and mindfulness. Vicki is passionate about helping people realise their own potential and achieve ultimate vibrant health!
