This program has been specifically designed to help you find the perfect balance of fitness training, healthy lifestyle and food guidance to lighten and clean the system as well as the power of yoga and meditation to induce calm and peace of mind.

What’s included?

  • 2 hr introductory workshop - Monday 7th October 4.30-6.30pm - set goals, be inspired, learn tips for diet and lifestyle choices to induce detoxification, meet your support team.

  • 2 x fitness plus yoga sessions per week - Mondays 6.30-7.30pm and Wednesdays 6-7am. Each session consists of 30 mins fitness training followed by 30 mins yoga and meditation (starting Wednesday 9th Oct)

  • 1 extra casual yoga class of your choice from the Relax and Shine timetable per week

  • Exclusive access to a closed FCC Facebook group to receive ongoing support, recipes, ideas, motivation, feedback.

  • Workbook with information, recipes and motivation.

  • Detox drink kit and recipe

  • Celebration/graduation girls night - Friday 15th November 6pm

If you’re new to yoga, a bit shy or have injuries or health issues that need one-on-one advice and care during yoga classes, I really recommend trying Relax and Shine Yoga. Lisa has an amazing way of making you feel at ease about your body and it’s limitations and how to get the best out of your practice. As Lisa says the practice is all about you, not how you look in your yoga gear or how your pose stacks up against how someone else does it. It’s about getting the best out of the body you have.
