Sitting at work all day is a health hazard! It creates poor posture, poor circulation, poor digestion and lethargy. That’s not even mentioning the stress that comes with the job and the tension and ill health all that stress can cause.

To the rescue comes the after work de-stress class, designed to help you let go of the stress and tension of your day and reboot your energy levels.

Every Wednesday at the Studio from 5.15-6.15pm it’s placed in the middle of the week to be your little fix to keep you going strong till Friday.

Each class includes time spent learning breathing and relaxation techniques that you can use in your daily life to keep the stress at bay. Yoga stretches are chosen for their ability to correct the posture, free tension and bring more balance and strength.

All are welcome, not just office workers! Come anytime. No bookings required. All levels of experience welcome.
